一、英文简历格式要注重排版

相比于中文简历,英文察姿简历更重视排版的格式。一份排版优秀的英文简历的专业性更强,而且更易突出重点和优势内容,让英文简历含金量更高。英文简历的排版格式主要分为这几个大的模块:

顶部内容: 英文简历中的基本信息放在顶部。需要注意的是,英文简历中个人信息只需要写姓名、联告没裤系方式就可以,姓名可以用稍大的字号。而头像、年龄、性别等等私人信息则不能出现在英文简历中,因为在西方的招聘文化中,这些信息可能会对招聘产生不客观的干扰,因此不推荐把私人信息写到简历中。

1姓名: 如果没有常用英文名,写中文名就可以,不需要特意取英文名。

2邮箱: 学生可以使用edu邮箱,海外推荐使用Gmail,不推荐使用QQ邮箱。邮箱的命名建议用自己的姓名命名,也可以增加前后缀数字。

3电话: 建议加上区号(如+86),并且写成易于背诵拨打的形式。

模块内容: 除基本信息以外,一般会有4个模块:

二、英文简历的内容需要表达准确

在英文个人简历中,英语句子的表达不准确,是很多大学生同学和很少写英文简历的求职者在写英文简历的过程中经常犯的错误。虽然招聘方在阅读简历时能大致理解,但却会让简历大大减分。想要在英文简历中表达更加准确,最需要注意两点:

1.  避免自我总结式的语句

很多同学写英文简历时喜欢用自我总结式的语句,比如这样:

“让我锻炼了XX能力”

“使我提高了XX水平”

“Cultivated the ability to collect and obtain information, stimulated the ability of  completing research report. ”

“Developed strong working ability and leadership…”

这样的自我总结不会让HR认为你拥有这样的能力,反而会因为描述不具体而降低对你英文简历的评价。在英文简历中,你想体现的能力都应该从  动词 + 结果  表现出来。

比如第一句描述,去掉自我评价的语句,详细说明具体的工作内容,效果显然更好:

2. 使用准确的动词和时态
